UK operator EE has announced plans for 5G mobile broadband, the first UK telecoms company to launch 5G mobile broadband, hexus reports.HTC 5G Hub, launched at MWC in February, will cost £500 if purchased separately.
According to reports, HTC 5G Hub has a 5-inch touch screen, qualcomm snapdragon 855 processor (snapdragon X50 5G modulator), 4GB of ram and 32GB of storage space (expandable via microSD).With dual speakers and voice control, it USES the Android 9 Pie operating system.
With EE's 5G network and HTC 5G Hub, EE promises users can watch 4K video resources, play games with low latency, and support up to 20 devices to access.5G mobile broadband could be an alternative to wired broadband, and the device does not require engineers to install it.
