South Korea is expected to have more than one million 5G users this week

June 10, according to foreign media reports, South Korea's three major mobile operators have more than 900,000 5G users, and are expected to break the 1 million mark this week.

Since South Korea's three major telecom operators launched 5G commercial services on April 5, the country's domestic 5G users continue to increase.The number of online users reached 271,600 in April and 778,600 by the end of may, with 507,000 people signing up within a month.

However, many south Korean users have expressed dissatisfaction with the speed and coverage of 5G networks.The actual speed of 5G is not far from the existing LTE speed, and the lack of 5G infrastructure will inconvenience users.
